Delivery & Returns


We use Royal Mail for most deliveries. 

If your purchase is a gift, we can also post direct to the recipient with your message on a gift message card.

Shipping options within mainland UK:

Standard shipping is  £4.95 (Due to rising costs we’ve recently changed our standard shipping option to Royal Mail’s “Tracked 48 with signature”). Purchases over £50 qualify for free shipping. There is still an option for you to choose to pay for ‘1st class signed for’ if you prefer.

Our delivery service will require a signature on receipt (which means we can’t deliver to PO boxes). With some postal services, such as the ‘tracked’ delivery options, Royal Mail ask us to share your contact details for them to advise you of delivery times. Please contact us before ordering if you do not wish us to share your contact details with Royal Mail, or other delivery company, for this purpose.  If you’d like to upgrade to a ‘next day’ service please contact us for costs/options.

We will do everything we can to fulfil orders within 1-2 business days, but do reserve the right to extend this estimated time during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll also endeavour to inform you if your order is going to be delayed.

International Shipping

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and other charges for which the customer is responsible for paying. Please contact us for a cost to ship to your country before placing an order.


We only accept returns on ‘as new’ products. A full refund will only be made if items are received back in their original condition.

Customers have 14 days to request a refund after receiving your goods, e.g. if you aren’t happy with them. Please email us to arrange the return on – you will then be given instructions for the return and refund of your item. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning items to us and we recommend recorded delivery, or a ‘signed for’ delivery method for this and reusing the box your goods were sent in for their safe return. We cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post.  Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Any refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please inspect all goods on receipt. If items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible; pictures of the damage would also be appreciated.

If there is an error with your order please email us on as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within the first 48 hours, to enable us to rectify this swiftly.
